You pulled into the gravel parking lot and hopped out the car. Following the signs to where you needed to go for the wedding, you observed your surroundings. A wooden barn stood to the right with lights strung all around it, Peggy had told you that was where the reception was being held. On your left sat white wooden folding chairs, lined with metal tins of wildflowers to create a makeshift aisle. You took a seat, still so lost in observation that you didn’t notice the blue eyes watching you from afar.

You knew something was wrong the moment you walked into your apartment. Steve was home from his latest mission and usually, that meant an old jazz record and a kiss at the front door. Tonight, however, it was silent and Steve was nowhere to be found. You set your things down and kicked off your shoes before wandering through your home looking for him.
When you finally found him in your shared bedroom, your heart sank. He was sitting on the foot of the bed, elbows on his knees and his head in his hands. He was in just his boxers, his uniform left crumpled in the corner of the room. He was covered in grime and dried blood; your stomach turned at the thought of who it may have belonged to.
As a precaution, I have created a blog that is not a side blog to this account. I’m in the process of moving my fanfiction to @starspangledmanwithaplan2. As it stands, I’ll only post my writing.
Should Tumblr decide to delete my main blog in the mass cleansing, I will be active over there. @mad-for-marvel is a side blog to this account, so if my main blog goes, both star and mad will go, as well.
If this whole thing blows over and I survive, I’ll still post to the back up blog in addition to here and mad. You know, in case Tumblr decides to fuck us over again. Because that’s what they like to do, right?

Due to the recent purging of blogs thanks to Tumblr’s attempt to get porn bot blogs under control, I’ve decided to create this blog as a back up blog for @star-spangled-man-with-a-plan. This is just in case Tumblr screws up and deletes my main blog. I’ll be putting all of my writing over here to preserve it. It may take awhile, there’s a lot to move.
In the case of posting series, yes, there will be a string of posts that will clog up your dash. I apologize for that. However, there’s not really an easy way to post a series, then link everything together without doing them all at once.
