If this is, as OP says, a literal rewrite with only the names changed, then that’s plagiarism and very wrong and should be condemned in the harshest terms.

I get the feeling that isn’t what happened here though, more like someone taking the basic premise of 50 Shades and fitting the story to two different characters in which case-
