I had this idea for a fic that I’m having a lot of fun writing, but I don’t think anyone will read it and even if they do it’s eventually smutty and I’m not sure I can write smut

I say write it, no matter if you think people will read it or not. 

As far as smut goes… it’s the hardest damn thing to write. Even for the most seasoned pro. I would suggest getting a beta, someone you trust implicitly, someone that you know will give constructive criticism and feedback. If you need help writing smut, do some research, ask someone for help. There’s no shame in it.
