Hi there, sweet nony. Thank you for checking in on me. You did remind me to drink some water, I hadn’t up until now. I needed the reminder.
I hope you’re having a good day, as well. And if you ever need to talk, I’ll be here for you; on anon, or off. If you want to keep it private, I won’t answer publicly, or you can shoot me a message.
I used to write with pen on paper first. Mainly because I loved having notebooks full of stories to look back on. That, and the sound of pen on paper was music to my ears. Now that I have fibromyalgia, using a pen / pencil is a lot harder than one might think.
Now, this answer is a bit trickier, but not really. Make sense? lol
There are times that I have nothing more than a writing prompt / quote, and everything just falls into place. On those occasions, one of two [maybe three? IDK] things can happen. I’ll hammer the series out and be done with it….
Usually, I like to have a good grasp on what I’m going to be doing. I’ve burned myself by getting super excited about an idea, put together an edit, and pounded out a chapter or two or three, and then it just sits there.
I’m so happy that your aunt is finding ways to cope with the pain. I hope to get to that point, as well. Right now, it’s baby steps to see what works – 10mg muscle relaxers at night – and what doesn’t – apparently laundry – LOL!
